Microridge Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Microridge GW5-PLUS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Microridge GW5-PLUS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the GW5-PLUS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our GW5-PLUS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hunkar-Laboratories parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the IC752ECD500A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ID00F071 manufactured by Hunkar-Laboratories and we are pleased to be able to service most Hunkar-Laboratories systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC752WTC402 by Manufacturer Ge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Keba Brand KetopT50R01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as InputModule equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MM08MP001 by Schneider and InputModule spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
