Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-6801-1400G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Minebea product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mikron such as the M77EM07002000C0010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D70UB009071 manufactured by Mazak and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23KMK043CP06LA by Manufacturer Minebea as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Miki Brand 1211220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as 121X05S1B3 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AY01913 made by Miki as well as the popular 503U00367G52 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 266400110 by Millie-Marc and 121X05S1B3 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CT16100992 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Minco.
