Modex Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Modex TC1000D and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Modex TC1000D include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TC1000D if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the SRM60KHEA0S01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NET210 manufactured by Moeller and we are pleased to be able to service most Moeller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4214300 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Modicon Brand B865 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modicon such as B828 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 327000 made by Moehwald as well as the popular DO1132000 original spares produced by Modicon
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASBCTR224 by Modicon and B828 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCE984285 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon.
