We service and repair Modicon P451 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Modicon P451 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the P451 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 170AAO92100 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110000304 by Manufacturer Berkeley-Process as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Telemecanique Brand TSXP57254M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moeller such as DF53404K0 equipment made by Moeller have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 16297212 by Moore-Industries and DF53404K0 spares by Moeller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
