Moore Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Moore RBX and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Moore RBX include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RBX if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RBX repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ncc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motortronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Namco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ncc such as the DNCT2010B10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MVC3MB manufactured by Motortronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Motortronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E70090964 by Manufacturer Namco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nematron Brand 4924T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Muegge such as 8226001550 equipment made by Muegge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Muegge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Muegge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LP8336YC34700 made by Nematron as well as the popular SFWS20X36FS103 original spares produced by Nb
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 198098A06L by National-Instruments and 8226001550 spares by Muegge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
