Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RHS0480UD601V01 manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nematron Brand PV6056i in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nice such as 1771ESB equipment made by Nice have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nice products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nice" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TVCS4 made by Nidec as well as the popular 4S6042032 original spares produced by Nikon
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ML104LL1013S by Nematron and 1771ESB spares by Nice are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
