Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nematron Corp iPC1550T-C1020-4GB-80SS-DVD-XP-EN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nematron-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the JDB2225 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MIKP61001 manufactured by Nematron-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Nematron-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRS180E31 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ge-Fanuc Brand MTR3T45HR0M0A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew-Eurodrive such as MDS60A00305A3400 equipment made by Sew-Eurodrive have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OLCDPR85DST by Digital and MDS60A00305A3400 spares by Sew-Eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
