Newage Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Newage OS100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Newage OS100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the OS100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our OS100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 0279081110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4T0703401 manufactured by Nikon and we are pleased to be able to service most Nikon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Newport423Series by Manufacturer Newport as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Newport Brand Model36 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Newport such as 525A equipment made by Newport have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RSA1 by Newport and 525A spares by Newport are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
