Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the Cb09193229438 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OMRX21030 manufactured by Nitta and we are pleased to be able to service most Nitta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M90610 by Manufacturer Nissei as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nordac Brand SK520E750323A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nissei such as GLMN12200T15 equipment made by Nissei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nissei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nissei" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FEDIIM8500c001 made by Nippon as well as the popular 60591200 original spares produced by Nord
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CS20289928 by Nordson and GLMN12200T15 spares by Nissei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
