We service and repair Nitta TR15 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Nitta TR15 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TR15 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TR15 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oes parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the E3GL35 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 240M03 manufactured by Oes and we are pleased to be able to service most Oes systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Z4MS40R by Manufacturer Omron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Omron Brand E32T15ZR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as E3XRGM5GB4 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E32T16W made by Omron as well as the popular PX95300SI original spares produced by Omega
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E2FMX10B1M1 by Omron and E3XRGM5GB4 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
