Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bayside products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Motovario product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bayside such as the RS60010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK1280 manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TXF005 by Manufacturer Motovario as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sew Brand SAF77AR85WRF37AM56KS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Flexaline such as T1325 equipment made by Flexaline have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flexaline products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flexaline" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RF55 made by Otsuka as well as the popular TXT2 original spares produced by Dodge
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RV40E153 by Nabtesco and T1325 spares by Flexaline are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
