Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the 3G3RVA4110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7ETNFV1B manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC81002005 by Manufacturer Omegadyne as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Omron Brand AMDS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as 3G2A5IA121 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LD630150 made by Omega as well as the popular UB3 original spares produced by Omnidrive
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7CXA114N by Omron and 3G2A5IA121 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
