Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron MS46-14-260-Q1-X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Opto products, including obsoleted and phased-out Opcon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Onrobot product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Opto such as the B3000BSNAPB12M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1555A manufactured by Opcon and we are pleased to be able to service most Opcon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HEXE by Manufacturer Onrobot as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Optoskand Brand AC2039AC2049 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Optel such as OP300PWRRS485 equipment made by Optel have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B1R019 by Opteon and OP300PWRRS485 spares by Optel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XW2B50Y5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
