Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Opcon 115/220VAC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Renishaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Renishaw such as the RCH24X30F00A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML48HM1348 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLV4316010 by Manufacturer Sick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sick Brand OD5010P850 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as LGAS072001601063700419003 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 7152 made by Pulse as well as the popular A1LHHB original spares produced by Riverhawk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DT500A111 by Sick and LGAS072001601063700419003 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 303011A500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl.
