Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Oriental Motor 2RK6GN-CW2J/2GN-180S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reeves products, including obsoleted and phased-out Overly-Hautz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reeves such as the H95509 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 213A2 manufactured by Overly-Hautz and we are pleased to be able to service most Overly-Hautz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M051020001NP56CM21A by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rapid-Gear Brand HWV140071 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexnord such as ZB2200 equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5GN36KA by Oriental-Motor and ZB2200 spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
