Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Toshiba product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the R32HENCR2NSNV00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMA42P0010000 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R88MW20030TS2 by Omron and P56H7215G spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RA12M12M21000R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba.
