Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific PMA57R-01100-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Semikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nadex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Semikron such as the SKKT13116E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S491V10 manufactured by Nadex and we are pleased to be able to service most Nadex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RD316T35W by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Semikron Brand SKD16016 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atlas-Capco such as QMX9070RT equipment made by Atlas-Capco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atlas-Capco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atlas-Capco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SC90500101 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular SKKL16116E original spares produced by Semikron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RD5224B015LNNFW by Rexroth and QMX9070RT spares by Atlas-Capco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RECOG0601FW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat.
