Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pulsar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pmc such as the 440SM261 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UC50030GMIUR2V15 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DB10 by Manufacturer Pulsar as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pepperl Brand NJ2DEO24562V1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Piezotronics such as 482A06 equipment made by Piezotronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Piezotronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Piezotronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 357B11 made by Pcb as well as the popular DR200FAU original spares produced by Pinnacle
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 160A by Pmc and 482A06 spares by Piezotronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 418883 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl.
