Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pepperl WE77/EX-SH-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PKBM15A470550VAC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8903SP03 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8501XDO80V53 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Siemens Brand 6ES73125BF040AB0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as 64418600F equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PNOZ1024VDC774009 made by Pilz as well as the popular PSS3056 original spares produced by Pilz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3RS10401GD50 by Siemens and 64418600F spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6QM2010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
