Perceptron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Perceptron REPEATER and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Perceptron REPEATER include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the REPEATER if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our REPEATER repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pico products, including obsoleted and phased-out Port parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Phoenix-Contact product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pico such as the E166128 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M461 manufactured by Port and we are pleased to be able to service most Port systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPE by Manufacturer Phoenix-Contact as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Polyspede Brand PRD8200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Power-System such as PSDA0412026S equipment made by Power-System have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power-System products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power-System" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GRB13115401 made by Phd as well as the popular ILPBBKDP original spares produced by Phoenix
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MUZM80CC1 by Port and PSDA0412026S spares by Power-System are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
