Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Perthen PF0080/NTL-7009523-95700-175 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Makino products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Marposs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Makino such as the Z258E1100030Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT300636 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7650012010 by Manufacturer Marposs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Marathon Brand 344996 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Firetrol-Standard such as 1057G equipment made by Firetrol-Standard have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available QC1004410G563 made by Marathon as well as the popular G589 original spares produced by Marathon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6840021302 by Marposs and 1057G spares by Firetrol-Standard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
