Phase-a-matic Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Phase-a-matic R-25 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Phase-a-matic R-25 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the R-25 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our R-25 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Andantex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fsq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Andantex such as the R3303 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SAF524 manufactured by Fsq and we are pleased to be able to service most Fsq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRK30A40B3H14SEA by Manufacturer Tls as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Perfection Brand TACD13000S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pfeffer such as RPL402 equipment made by Pfeffer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pfeffer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pfeffer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM1801020T made by Rexnord as well as the popular SK31E original spares produced by Nord
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S2238HQ06056121 by Sterling and RPL402 spares by Pfeffer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
