Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Seal-Master products, including obsoleted and phased-out Renold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sakai product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Seal-Master such as the SF39 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BL546 manufactured by Renold and we are pleased to be able to service most Renold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S15B by Manufacturer Sakai as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Seal-Master Brand SFC35 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rex such as KF921506 equipment made by Rex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10287340 made by Roxnord as well as the popular RMI40P original spares produced by S-T-M-Mikron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X70621 by Reliance and KF921506 spares by Rex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2215 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seal-Master.
