Polyspede Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Polyspede XLT3 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Polyspede XLT3 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XLT3 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XLT3 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Port products, including obsoleted and phased-out Process-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Proface product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Port such as the 461XYZM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC002AT002 manufactured by Process-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Process-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS3650ATY2S by Manufacturer Proface as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pro-face Brand PS300BA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Power-Tron such as 1011 equipment made by Power-Tron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power-Tron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power-Tron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 462XYM made by Port as well as the popular 71616G3U40451E original spares produced by Power-Master
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FCLX by Port and 1011 spares by Power-Tron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
