Port Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Port ORION-CM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Port ORION-CM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ORION-CM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ORION-CM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Progressive-Automations such as the PA718850 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FLT06 manufactured by Progressive-Automations and we are pleased to be able to service most Progressive-Automations systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3007140 by Manufacturer Qem as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Powerohm Brand ABB4843171R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Port such as SR50CC equipment made by Port have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BVA24CLR30 by Powervolt and SR50CC spares by Port are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
