Powace Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Powace 20mm and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Powace 20mm include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 20mm if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 20mm repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prosoft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Primescales parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Proface product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prosoft such as the MVI56EMNETXT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OP313TM30K manufactured by Primescales and we are pleased to be able to service most Primescales systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AGP3450T1D24 by Manufacturer Proface as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Power-Master Brand 71616G3U40451E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Protech such as PPC7405 equipment made by Protech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Protech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Protech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FLTCON3 made by Progressive-Automations as well as the popular FP3650T41 original spares produced by Proface
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TWS by Qualitrol and PPC7405 spares by Protech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
