Power Drive Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Power Drive Pd2000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Power Drive Pd2000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Pd2000 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C0031AS4CH007 manufactured by Powertec and we are pleased to be able to service most Powertec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFD3EPA71090060 by Manufacturer Prima as well.

Spare units by Powertec such as C10035N4CAH000 equipment made by Powertec have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F182C1A1N001000 by Powertec and C10035N4CAH000 spares by Powertec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
