Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Prima Brand 054255102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powerstat such as 216U3 equipment made by Powerstat have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available PDD100eo made by Precision-Devices as well as the popular ESQ180P4012 original spares produced by Power-Mate
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BN624A828G52RevCMC303B by Mitsubishi and 216U3 spares by Powerstat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
