Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Power/mation Division 725S OC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schmersal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Racal-dana-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sds product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schmersal such as the BSN33301TRM20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 111540 manufactured by Racal-dana-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Racal-dana-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC22250kgLC by Manufacturer Sds as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schneider Brand XUX9APBNT16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rittal such as SZ41272101 equipment made by Rittal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rittal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rittal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 42853 made by Reliance as well as the popular 04021361 original spares produced by Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSXDEY32D2K by Schneider and SZ41272101 spares by Rittal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
