Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Prec Tech & Elec 01620-02 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Promess products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prometec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Digital-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Promess such as the DUM405420R96W1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SampH manufactured by Prometec and we are pleased to be able to service most Prometec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HTK2300V by Manufacturer Digital-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Proface Brand QPI31200S2PBQPIMBP201F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Promess such as 1909944121E equipment made by Promess have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promess products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promess" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 150B110 made by Proteus as well as the popular 3100EMC original spares produced by Prosoft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E351 by Precision--Automation and 1909944121E spares by Promess are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
