Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rice-Lake products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prime-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Robohand product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rice-Lake such as the 17381 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC200 manufactured by Prime-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Prime-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CH50 by Manufacturer Robohand as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schmersal Brand BN85R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as 5402AH1E53SPVBA equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSDIS75S by Roland and 5402AH1E53SPVBA spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
