Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pri Automation BM25765 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Puma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pulsar-Process-Measurement-Ltd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Proface product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Puma such as the 37010103701014 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A8000212A manufactured by Pulsar-Process-Measurement-Ltd and we are pleased to be able to service most Pulsar-Process-Measurement-Ltd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS3710A1G2K40 by Manufacturer Proface as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Puma Brand 3D32488G02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prometec such as MSL5072 equipment made by Prometec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prometec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prometec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MBC210A made by Pulsatrol as well as the popular 731204 original spares produced by Prolog

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PromiconMPQ51 by Promicon and MSL5072 spares by Prometec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PTWSPT0100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proximity.
