We have at least quantity 3 of the JETPACK made by Prism on hand for immediate shipment. This original Prism spare is refurbished and in excellent condition. In addition to stocking the Prism JETPACK spares, we also provide Prism services on the JETPACK and related equipment. Prism Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Prism JETPACK and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Prism JETPACK include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the JETPACK if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our JETPACK repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prosoft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rafi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prosoft such as the MVI56PDPMV1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AGP3300L1D24D81K manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 551759000 by Manufacturer Rafi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pro-Face Brand GP2300TC124V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pulsar such as IMP6 equipment made by Pulsar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pulsar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pulsar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GP4104G1D made by Pro-face as well as the popular NPS3220LNLDSERB original spares produced by Queensgate
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Thermal by Quantem and IMP6 spares by Pulsar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
