Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pro-face Digital Electronics 2980078-02GP2500-SC41-24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rees parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Puls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 116696 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4958100 manufactured by Rees and we are pleased to be able to service most Rees systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QT40242 by Manufacturer Puls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Quad Brand QS252C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red-Dot such as RD27770P equipment made by Red-Dot have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red-Dot products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red-Dot" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RD607 made by Rds as well as the popular 117641 original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC64860RM by Raycap and RD27770P spares by Red-Dot are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FLT11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Progressive-Automations.
