Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rafi such as the 540551811000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPU43 manufactured by Promicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Promicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS711AT4224V5MXM60 by Manufacturer Pro-face as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Progressive-Automations Brand FLT11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rafi such as 540552435001 equipment made by Rafi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rafi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rafi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 992558 made by Raytheon-Medical-Systems as well as the popular 04KL591703XU original spares produced by Reliance
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA14P3050 by Progressive-Automations and 540552435001 spares by Rafi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
