Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Psibar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Proportion-Air product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Psibar such as the 1600SGH5009G3UA001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 338310201ST403AG4124V manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSY050 by Manufacturer Proportion-Air as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Proface Brand PFXGP3600TAADK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prometec such as 1080115 equipment made by Prometec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prometec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prometec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2D42613G01 made by Puma as well as the popular 235056102ANL original spares produced by Stearns
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6644VA by Protection-Controls and 1080115 spares by Prometec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
