Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9800ACAB30 manufactured by Quartech and we are pleased to be able to service most Quartech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EPC5 by Manufacturer Radisys as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Queensgate Brand NDS3330 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Puls such as QT40242 equipment made by Puls have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available MVI56MBP made by Prosoft as well as the popular 2GU21002 original spares produced by Reliance
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FLBX4012S000C01 by Quick and QT40242 spares by Puls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
