Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pyramid products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quindar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Quartech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyramid such as the PA305 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QP17 manufactured by Quindar and we are pleased to be able to service most Quindar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IKB1011 by Manufacturer Quartech as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Quindar Brand QT30865 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pulse such as 18142 equipment made by Pulse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pulse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pulse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PXM6051A1BB made by Eaton as well as the popular TM9701 original spares produced by Pulnix
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 923EJI by Puma and 18142 spares by Pulse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PEB22439H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ptc-Bearings.
