We service and repair Prysm PR-TD2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Prysm PR-TD2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PR-TD2 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T004DA manufactured by Q-trq and we are pleased to be able to service most Q-trq systems and parts. Spare units by Pyrotenax such as HTCM6A120A2PS0 equipment made by Pyrotenax have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 96296872 by Allen-Bradley and HTCM6A120A2PS0 spares by Pyrotenax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
