Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ptc Link-belt R25R10BX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Renold products, including obsoleted and phased-out Renold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reuland product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Renold such as the 1203RN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 503RB manufactured by Renold and we are pleased to be able to service most Renold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B29B7B by Manufacturer Reuland as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Renold Brand 80A1X10FT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sandvik such as 87285619 equipment made by Sandvik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sandvik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sandvik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MAA510 made by Radicon as well as the popular 7369579 original spares produced by Rexnord

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1824953112 by Sew and 87285619 spares by Sandvik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 23Q30L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance.
