Pushcorp Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pushcorp FCU1000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pushcorp FCU1000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FCU1000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our FCU1000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the Q74220IERD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 23DCMTE2085 manufactured by Qmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Qmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HTCM6A120A2PS0 by Manufacturer Pyrotenax as well.

Spare units by Arplas-Systems such as QCSADC2 equipment made by Arplas-Systems have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
