Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ircon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Semikron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ircon such as the R25F05011000200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHND69120AH manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SKN600006 by Manufacturer Semikron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Yuken Brand SK1046V20YR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bayside such as RB142002 equipment made by Bayside have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bayside products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bayside" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QPI31200S2P made by Total-Control as well as the popular SKKL16116E original spares produced by Semikron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QPI3D200C2P by Total-Control and RB142002 spares by Bayside are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKD16212 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semikron.
