Quailty Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Quailty 360B and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Quailty 360B include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 360B if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 360B repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Queensgate products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quipp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ramsey product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Queensgate such as the CMLNLDMAS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 192939319 manufactured by Quipp and we are pleased to be able to service most Quipp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D07110AE001 by Manufacturer Ramsey as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Quincy Brand MPCT1584011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rapistan such as F002700103AE equipment made by Rapistan have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 480V54AMP by Rapistan and F002700103AE spares by Rapistan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 747440 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ransburg.
