Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Roche such as the ECR4513754 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NS8TV01V2 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1771P5EB by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand GT1565VTBA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Victoreen such as 8421030 equipment made by Victoreen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Victoreen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Victoreen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PC2J16CPUTHC5167 made by Toyoda as well as the popular D34060 original spares produced by Balance-Tech.
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VBA4EG16ZEJ by Pepperl+fuchs and 8421030 spares by Victoreen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
