Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Raiob-1d such as the 2Y0059 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMH43066 manufactured by Red-Lion and we are pleased to be able to service most Red-Lion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RAYT3P by Manufacturer Raytek as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rae Brand P20888 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Raycon such as 1281002C018A2C1 equipment made by Raycon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raycon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raycon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 317FXST made by N-tron as well as the popular 74731PCB74730 original spares produced by Ransburg
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5166550 by Red-Lion and 1281002C018A2C1 spares by Raycon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IMP20162 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion.
