Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric HR500/BLJC-08R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Revere parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance-Electric such as the T56H1020MSD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TSP1A20 manufactured by Revere and we are pleased to be able to service most Revere systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1680812010 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RRS1150BC1 by Remex and HDS032W100NHS8401FW spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HP7703 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexnord.
