Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rose-+-Krieger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rochester product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rose-+-Krieger such as the 390171 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051CD2A52A1AM5 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RA2835A by Manufacturer Rochester as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rosemount Brand 5081CHT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as 510DU227000A005 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available X921211 made by Robohand as well as the popular DBN28290 original spares produced by Rollon-Telescoping
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 189722 by Rodney and 510DU227000A005 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1151DP4S22B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount.
