Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rocker Solenoid SIR7-177 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sigma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Titus product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sigma such as the 5RJ767311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WLNCT2 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D21PS by Manufacturer Titus as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sigma Brand 42R06500SSIL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Symcom such as MS777 equipment made by Symcom have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3RB20661MC2 by Siemens and MS777 spares by Symcom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 28001C1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warrick.
