Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ruetz Technologies EOL-20943-1.1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Safetronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schneider product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the 301580 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC342P2 manufactured by Safetronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Safetronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD328AU25S2 by Manufacturer Schneider as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schneeberter Brand r2090 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Samson such as 37303 equipment made by Samson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Samson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Samson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 80450 made by Sca-Schucker as well as the popular FW2A1013314000 original spares produced by Schrader

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P50B05010DCL60 by Sanyo-Denki and 37303 spares by Samson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSS1434SDMST Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schmersal.
