Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the 776W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 421143557576 manufactured by Thomson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LGCZ5064 by Manufacturer Tofco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Timeplex Brand PC15113C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as 64063330 equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6738890019 made by Timken as well as the popular 617CA32 original spares produced by Thomas
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLD2310D10100 by Thomson and 64063330 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NA99600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken.
